Returns & exchanges of your antique jewelry
Are returns or exchanges accepted?
Returns and exchanges are of course accepted within a legal period of 14 days . You can contact us by email at hello@elliade.com to find out the address where we can make your jewelry available.
Return costs are your responsibility .
If the ring has been resized, a unit fee of €30 will be deducted from the refund. We reserve the right to refuse the return of a piece of jewelry if a difficult resizing has been previously requested.
We will be happy to make you our trade-in offer of 75% of the sale price on any jewelry purchased after these 14 days.
How does a return work?
If you wish to give us feedback or make an exchange, contact us by email at hello@elliade.com to find out the return address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Upon receipt of the jewelry, and provided it has been kept in its original condition (meaning it has not been worn), we will by default proceed with a refund to the payment method used at purchase. This refund will be made within 14 business days. If resizing has been done, €30 per item will be deducted from the refund.
If you are in Paris, you can also return the item directly at our Parisian stores:

How does an exchange work?
If you wish to make an exchange, you have a period of 14 days after receiving your order. You just need to write to us at hello@elliade.com to obtain the return address. Return costs are at your expense.
In case of resizing, 30 € will be deducted from the exchange amount.

What to do if there is a problem with my vintage jewelry (repair, resizing, exchange)
There is no classic "guarantee" on antique jewelry; our guarantee is based on the certification and authenticity of the jewelry, which is appraised by our gemologists.
If the jewelry has been damaged, it cannot be "exchanged for a new one." However, it can likely be restored. We will be happy to coordinate the repair of your antique jewelry with our partner workshops. This way, you will benefit from professional rates for soldering, stone replacement, and resizing. We are not authorized to repair jewelry that was not sold by Elliade.
