You can choose the address of your choice at the time of ordering. Delivery is free and secure, with an average delivery time of one week, two weeks if a resizing request has been made. If you wish to postpone the delivery, feel free to leave us a note when ordering.

Our packages are secure and as discreet as possible. They are handed over in person against signature. Please make sure to provide your phone number when ordering so the delivery person can contact you and hand over your order.

If you have selected in-store pickup, you can come and collect your jewelry at any time. If you are traveling, we will keep your order at the store indefinitely.

Elliade delivers free of charge worldwide! It's therefore entirely possible to have your order sent to your home, wherever you live. Delivery is free.

We deliver worldwide, your package will be shipped within the following average times: 

• Mainland France: 7 working days. 2 to 3 weeks in case of resizing
• International: 2 to 3 weeks

We welcome you to our Parisian boutique if you would like to come and collect your jewelry.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a message confirming the possibility of collecting it in store.

When ordering online, be sure to enter your email and/or phone number correctly. When we drop off your package at the post office, you will receive a message or email confirming that your package has been picked up by the carrier.
