How does delivery work?
You can choose your preferred address when ordering. Delivery is free and secure, with an average delivery time of one week, or two weeks if a resizing request has been made. If you would like to delay delivery, please leave us a note when ordering.
Our packages are secure and as discreet as possible. They are delivered in person and require a signature. Be sure to include your phone number when ordering so the delivery person can contact you and deliver your order.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Elliade delivers free of charge worldwide! It's therefore entirely possible to have your order sent to your home, wherever you live. Delivery is free.
What are the delivery times?
We deliver worldwide within the following average delivery times:
- Metropolitan France: 1 week
- International: 2 weeks

Is it possible to collect my jewelry in store?
We welcome you to our Parisian boutique if you would like to come and collect your jewelry.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a message confirming the possibility of collecting it in store.
How do I track my order?
When ordering online, be sure to enter your email and/or phone number correctly. When we drop off your package at the post office, you will receive a message or email confirming that your package has been picked up by the carrier.
You can also track your order in your customer area.
